Job Summary We are seeking a skilled IT & Biomedical Engineer to manage, maintain, and support hospital IT infrastructure and biomedical equipment. The role involves ensuring optimal performance of medical devices, hospital information systems, and network infrastructure to support clinical operations. Key Responsibilities Biomedical Engineering Responsibilities Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair medical equipment (e.g., patient monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, imaging systems).Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections of biomedical devices.Maintain equipment inventory and service records.Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and warranty claims.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.Support procurement and technical evaluation of new medical equipment.IT Responsibilities Maintain hospital IT infrastructure (servers, networks, firewalls, switches).Support Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR/EHR systems.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Manage user accounts, system access, and data security.Perform system backups and disaster recovery planning.Provide technical support to medical and administrative staff.Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in:Biomedical EngineeringInformation TechnologyElectronics & Communication EngineeringOr related field25 years of relevant experience (hospital experience preferred).Knowledge of:Medical equipment troubleshootingNetworking (LAN/WAN), TCP/IPWindows/Linux server managementDatabase systemsHealthcare IT systemsPreferred Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and coordination abilities.Understanding of medical device safety standards.Ability to work in emergency/critical support situations.Vendor management experience.Work Environment Hospital / Healthcare facility.May require on-call support.Coordination with doctors, nurses, and administration.Job Type: Full-time Compensation: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insuranceWork Location: In person Job Summary We are seeking a skilled IT & Biomedical Engineer to manage, maintain, and support hospital IT infrastructure and biomedical equipment.
