We're Hiring: Senior Embedded Systems Engineer EV Charging, ISO 15118-20 & PCB Design (78+ Years Experience) Location: Remote Experience: 78+ YearsCompany: B-IoT Solutions Private Limited Are you passionate about shaping the future of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging, IoT, and Embedded Systems B-IoT Solutions Private Limited is looking for a Senior PCB Design / Firmware / Embedded Device Engineer with deep expertise in ISO 15118-20, EV Charger Architecture, and Embedded Product Development. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge EV charging technologies, including DB2605 re-engineering, EV Testers, Charging Adapters, and next-generation communication systems that power the future of smart mobility. What You'll Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related discipline.78+ years of hands-on experience in PCB design, firmware development, and embedded hardware.Strong expertise in EV charger hardware, power electronics, and controller design.Proven experience implementing ISO 15118-20 communication protocols.Solid understanding of V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) and G2V (Grid-to-Vehicle) communication.Experience with EV charging testers, protocol analyzers, validation tools, and interoperability testing.Strong knowledge of schematic design, PCB layout, EMC/EMI considerations, signal integrity, and DFM/DFT practices.Experience with embedded firmware development using C/C++ on ARM/MCU platforms.Ability to debug hardware, firmware, and communication protocol issues independently.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesEmbedded Hardware & PCB Design Design high-quality single-layer, double-layer, and multi-layer PCBs following industry best practices.Create schematics in collaboration with electronics and RF engineering teams.Optimize PCB layout, routing, signal integrity, thermal management, and manufacturability.Maintain CAD libraries, symbols, footprints, and design standards.Generate complete manufacturing documentation, including:SchematicsPCB LayoutsGerber FilesAssembly DrawingsFabrication DrawingsBill of Materials (BOM)Firmware Development Design and develop embedded firmware for EV charger controllers and intelligent embedded devices.Integrate communication interfaces and optimize firmware performance.Debug and enhance firmware for production-ready products.EV Charging & Communication Implement and validate ISO 15118-20 communication stacks.Support DB2605 re-engineering initiatives.Develop and validate EV Testers and Charging Adapter solutions.Work on smart charging, bidirectional charging, V2G/G2V communication, and grid integration.Perform interoperability testing with various EVs and charging infrastructure.Validation & Product Development Support manufacturing, testing, certification, and production.Troubleshoot complex hardware and firmware issues.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the complete product lifecycle.Ensure products meet quality, reliability, cost, and project schedule objectives.Mentor junior engineers and contribute technical expertise during architecture and design reviews.Why Join B-IoT Solutions At B-IoT Solutions, you'll be part of a passionate engineering team building next-generation EV charging and IoT products.
