About the role
Administration Responsibilities Manage office administration activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinate with vendors for facility management, housekeeping, security, pest control, and maintenance activities. Handle procurement of office assets, laptops, stationery, and consumables. Maintain asset inventory and track asset allocation records. Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments as per company policy. Coordinate travel, accommodation, guest house, and employee logistics requirements. Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities. Ensure compliance with office policies, safety, and statutory requirements. Technical Support Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment. Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and email-related issues. Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment procurement, AMC renewals, and repairs. Manage user accounts, system access, and software installations. Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper tracking of hardware inventory. Support conference room equipment, video conferencing systems, and office network infrastructure. Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues. Coordinate with IT teams for issue escalation and resolution. Skills Required Knowledge of office administration and facility management. Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems. Experience in asset management and inventory control. Good communication and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently. Qualification Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience 25 years of experience in Administration and IT Support functions. Preferred Attributes Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and coordination abilities. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
