Data Science Expert - Search Ad Ranking (Bengaluru)

Responsibilities: - Development and optimization of search ads to improve the ranking of ads; - Responsible for investigating the industry's advanced search advertising recommendation strategies, combining valuable business optimization strategies and suggestions with its own business output, and continuously improving user experience - Responsible for the core research and development of search advertising core technologies such as basic relevance, timeliness, LTR, click model, deep semantic model, user behavior mining; Business skill requirements & Skilled knowledge requirements: - Have at least five years of experience in any field such as advertising, search, advertising, NLP, recommendation system, data mining, path planning, etc., and those who have published high-quality papers are preferred; - Familiar with common machine learning algorithms such as classification, ranking, and deep learning; familiar with common feature engineering methods; - Familiar with Linux programming environment and have hadoop / spark or other similar big data platform work experience; - Experience in search advertising is preferred Experience Level: 10+ years Department Overview: - Huawei Consumer Business Group is growing at an extremely fast-pace and currently we are in the top 2 smartphone makers.
