Integration Developer

Develop integration services and components using TIBCO BusinessWorks. Implement workflows, adapters, and message flows using TIBCO EMS, BW, and Admin tools. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand integration needs and deliver scalable solutions. Perform unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including performance and error handling. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides. Follow coding, testing, and deployment best practices as per enterprise standards. Participate in regular code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Strong hands-on experience in:

TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x / BWCE

TIBCO EMS

Expertise in:

SOAP / REST web services

XML, XSD, JSON

XSLT and BW Mapper

Working knowledge of:

HTTP, FTP, SFTP protocols

Database connectivity (JDBC)

Debugging and performance tuning of BW applications

Source control and CI/CD (Git, Jenkins – good to have)
