Lead KMP Developer

Define and maintain KMP architecture and shared modules. Lead implementation of offline-first, multi-device sync, and data caching strategies. Oversee notification, audio player, and analytics module integration. Review code, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards. Collaborate with backend, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery. Monitor app performance and drive continuous improvement across both platforms.

Expert in developing Kotlin Multiplatform based applications. Expert in Kotlin, Coroutines, Ktor, SQLDelight/Realm, and modular architecture. Deep understanding of offline data sync, network state management, and background tasks. Experience integrating Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and audio players. Strong knowledge of Firebase / AppCenter Analytics, Crashlytics, and performance monitoring. Familiarity with dependency injection (Koin/Hilt) and Clean Architecture (MVVM/MVI). Proven ability to lead teams, perform code reviews, and manage delivery timelines.
