Managing Consultant (Technology Profile)

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end network architecture for the RajNET 2.0 project. Design and validate SD-WAN, DWDM, DHCP, IP Address Management (IPAM), and Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions. Develop secure network architecture with encryption, policy-based routing, and centralized monitoring. Plan network modernization initiatives, bandwidth enhancement, and infrastructure upgrades. Provide technical oversight during implementation and ensure adherence to design specifications. Coordinate with System Integrators (SI), vendors, contractors, and government stakeholders for successful project execution. Conduct infrastructure testing, validation, performance optimization, and security assessments. Prepare technical designs, network diagrams, configuration manuals, and operation & maintenance documentation. Support preparation of technical RFPs, RFQs, bid documents, and evaluation of technical proposals. Develop and deliver technical training programs and knowledge transfer sessions. Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with project standards. Maintain records of service requests, change requests, implementation plans, and technical documentation. Support the design and development of project-related portals and reporting systems.
