About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to implement, customize, integrate, and support Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of functional business process knowledge and technical expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, and integrations. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable NetSuite solutions while providing production support and continuous process improvements.
Strong functional knowledge of ERP business processes. Hands-on development experience in NetSuite customization. Experience in at least one full-cycle NetSuite implementation. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience preparing Functional and Technical Design Documents. Ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Provide L2/L3 production support. Resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within agreed SLAs. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Support month-end and year-end financial close activities. Monitor scheduled scripts, integrations, and workflows. Coordinate deployments across Sandbox, UAT, and Production. Support quarterly NetSuite release testing. Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles. Recommend continuous improvements and automation opportunities. Technical Skills Hands-on experience with:
