About the role
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and project teams. They facilitate workshops, conduct process analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. The role acts as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and requirements. They prepare and maintain functional specifications, user stories, process flows, use cases, and traceability documentation. The Senior Business Analyst supports solution design, testing, and user acceptance activities to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes. They also manage stakeholder expectations, resolve requirement-related issues, and contribute to the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
