Job Description: TIBCO Developer (3–5 Years Experience) Position: TIBCO Developer Experience: 3–5 years Location: Chennai Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks and related TIBCO products. Develop and consume REST APIs and SOAP APIs for system integration. Implement secure data transmission techniques, including AES encryption and decryption . Develop Java components to extend TIBCO functionality, including custom adapters, utility classes, and reusable libraries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing integrations to improve performance and reliability. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Work with TIBCO TEA (TIBCO Enterprise Administrator) for monitoring and administration. Utilize TIBCO Hawk for system monitoring and ing. Manage and configure TIBCO EMS (Enterprise Messaging Service) for messaging and integration.

Required Skills ø TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW6) development experience. ø TIBCO EMS (Enterprise Messaging Service) – strong hands-on experience in messaging and integration. ø TIBCO Enterprise Administrator(TEA) – knowledge of monitoring, administration, and managing TIBCO applications. ø Hawk monitoring tool – expertise in configuring s, monitoring system health, and performance tuning. ø Strong Java programming skills. ø Hands-on experience with REST API and SOAP API development and integration. ø Knowledge of encryption/decryption algorithms , especially AES . ø Experience in API development, deployment, and management . ø Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. ø Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
