Project Leader - Data Science

As a Project Leader (PL) at BCN Labs, you will be an integral part of a team focused on delivering end-to-end data-driven client solutions in various sectors and industries. Your role will involve leading a small team of Associates and/or Analysts to successfully deliver client use-cases, while also collaborating with the Labs leadership to brainstorm and implement analytical techniques and algorithms. Your responsibilities will include: - Framing business problems within an analytical structure to facilitate collaborative problem-solving - Brainstorming potential models, algorithms, and techniques to generate valuable insights - Coding proactively and ensuring high-quality, defect-free deliverables for clients - Communicating analytical insights effectively in a structured manner to demonstrate business impacts - Developing new products and solutions using a wide range of data science techniques - Exploring the business aspects of problems to deliver solutions aligned with business metrics To excel in this role, you should possess a Masters/PhD or other advanced degrees in fields related to analytics such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics. Alternatively, if you hold a Bachelors degree, a stellar academic record and proficiency in Python, SQL, and analytics implementation are required. Additionally, experience with tools like AWS or Azure is beneficial but not mandatory. You will thrive in our team-oriented environment by leveraging your strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and coding proficiency. With at least 2-3 years of experience in data science for advanced degree holders and 5 years for Bachelor's degree holders, you should demonstrate a track record of managing and delivering data-driven projects successfully.
