About the role
About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales, operations, and fleet data 2. Build dynamic dashboards, pivot tables, query, importrange, arrayformula in Google Sheets 3. Write Google Apps Script (JavaScript) to automate emails, data cleaning, approvals, and form workflows 4. Set up WhatsApp automation alerts via WATI/Twilio/Gupshup for daily reports and KPI triggers 5. Connect Google Sheets with Google Forms, CRM, Tally via Apps Script/APIs 6. Track trends, variances, and KPIs - flag anomalies to leadership 7. Identify manual reporting gaps and convert them into automated workflows 8.
