In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing storage solutions. You will also be involved in overseeing storage administration, provisioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our storage systems in collaboration with other storage L3/L2 team members. Integration with enterprise data protection tools and tasks associated with data protection are also part of your responsibilities. As a Storage & Data Protection Administrator, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring the data storage environment's availability, reliability, scalability, manageability, and data protection. - Working with other key technical team members and business stakeholders to determine data, storage, and data protection requirements and creates solutions that meet those requirements while supporting the strategy across the entire system. - Primarily responsible for planning, and implementing new storage infrastructure, and perform storage administration tasks like capacity planning, storage allocation, zoning, provisioning, troubleshooting, debugging, and data protection. - Diagnosing and resolve complex configuration and bottleneck issues within a large complex infrastructure. - Coordinating with external vendors as required.
