Qualifications: What You'll Bring • A degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • 6+ years of professional software development experience. While prior experience in the financial industry is a plus, a proven track record of excellence in any domain is highly valued. • Deep, hands-on expertise with the modern web stack, including: • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Extensive experience with React . • Strong UI design sensibilities with a focus on UX best practices. Experience with design tools like Figma is a plus. • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable web application architectures. • The following are significant pluses: • Experience with real-time data technologies like WebSockets , data streaming, and performance optimization for data-intensive applications to ensure they run smoothly. • Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Plotly, or charting components of AG-Grid. • Exposure to backend technologies, particularly Python, Pandas, and FastAPI . • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and basic DevOps principles, including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
