Department: Product Engineering / Implementation Experience: 38 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Data Analyst to design, automate, and optimize financial reconciliation processes and enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial data analysis, workflow automation, enterprise system integration, and process design. This role requires close collaboration with clients, product teams, and implementation teams to transform business requirements into scalable automation solutions. Key Responsibilities Financial Reconciliation and Process Design Design and implement reconciliation workflows for banking, payment gateways, card networks, ERP, and Core Banking Systems. Create reconciliation logic including One-to-One, One-to-Many, Many-to-One, Many-to-Many, Net Settlement, Group-Based, Tolerance, Partial, and Date-Based matching. Analyse financial transactions, investigate reconciliation breaks, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and recommend process improvements. Design scalable financial workflows and business automation solutions. Workflow Automation & Integration Automate business processes using Python, SQL, Selenium, APIs, Email, SFTP, Database, and File System connectors. Build ETL pipelines for data ingestion, validation, transformation, reconciliation, and reporting. Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, Webhooks, Database Connectors, Email Connectors, and Message Brokers such as Kafka. Develop reusable automation components for scheduled and event-driven workflows. Data Engineering & Processing Process and analyse high-volume structured and semi-structured datasets from PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, APIs, CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, MT940, PDF, and Fixed Width files. Read, parse, validate, generate, and manipulate PDF documents programmatically. Implement digital signature generation, validation, and document verification workflows. Perform data cleansing, enrichment, transformation, validation, and quality assurance for enterprise-scale datasets. Reporting & Data Visulization Build interactive dashboards and executive MIS reports using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization tools. Define and monitor KPIs including reconciliation accuracy, settlement status, exception ageing, processing volumes, TAT, and operational efficiency. Present analytical insights through reports and dashboards to support business decisions. Enterprise Platform & Infrastructure Understand enterprise application architecture and on-premise deployment environments. Work with Linux and Windows servers, application servers, databases, Docker, networking, storage, and messaging systems. Optimize data processing and workflow performance for high-volume financial applications. Client Engagement & Solution Delivery Gather and analyse client requirements and convert them into technical and functional solution designs. Conduct requirement workshops, process walkthroughs, and solution demonstrations. Prepare process documentation, workflow diagrams, data mapping documents, and implementation specifications. Build strong client relationships by providing proactive support, technical consultation, and effective communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
