Senior Application Developer

Position Title - Senior GraphTalk AIA and Java Developer Location - Hybrid Remote Onsite (as applicable) Employment Type - Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior GraphTalk AIADeveloper to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade insurance andfinancial services applications built on the GraphTalk AIA platform . Alongwith this, we will also require the person with mid level experience inJava-J2EE to work on APIs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in policyadministration systems, insurance domain processes, integration architecture,and enterprise application development. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders,architects, analysts, and development teams to deliver scalable,high-performance solutions aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and support applications using GraphTalk AIA Java-J2EE. Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and maintain: Product configurations Workflows Business rules Policy lifecycle processes Batch jobs and integrations Build and support integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, middleware, and messaging platforms Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Participate in architecture discussions and technical solution design Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for deployment and release management Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices Support AgileScrum delivery processes Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of hands-on experience with GraphTalk AIA Strong understanding of: Insurance domain (Life) Policy administration systems Proficiency in: GraphTalk AIA development framework SQL and relational databases JavaJ2EE concepts RESTSOAP APIs XMLXSDJSON Experience with application integration and middleware technologies Familiarity with version control systems such as Git Experience working in Agile development environments Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise architecture and microservices Insurance certifications or domain certifications are a plus Key Skills GraphTalk AIA Java-J2EE Insurance Technology Platforms Policy Administration Systems API Integration SQL Database Design Enterprise Application Development AgileScrum Performance Optimization Problem Solving Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
