Power BI Developer

As a highly skilled Power BI Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale BI solutions. You will leverage Microsoft Fabric capabilities to build modern data platforms and AI-assisted analytics. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders. - Building end-to-end BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric tools such as OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, and Power BI. - Developing robust data models using DAX, Power Query (M Language), and dimensional modeling techniques. - Creating and managing ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric Data Factory. - Utilizing Microsoft Copilot to accelerate report development, DAX generation, documentation, and analytics. - Developing Python scripts for data transformation, automation, advanced analytics, and integration with BI workflows. - Designing and implementing AI-powered Data Agents to enable intelligent querying, data discovery, and conversational analytics. - Optimizing dashboard performance, data refresh schedules, and report scalability. - Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions. - Ensuring data governance, security, and compliance across reporting environments. - Troubleshooting production issues and providing ongoing support for BI applications. You should possess the following skills: - Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric. - Experience with OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Data Factory. - Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and Data Modeling. - Good experience with Python for data processing and automation. - Experience using Microsoft Copilot for BI development and productivity. - Understanding of AI/Data Agents and conversational analytics. - Strong SQL skills. - Experience with data visualization best practices. - Knowledge of report optimization and performance tuning.
