Process Overview ARQ supports global businesses of the Bank with solutions requiring judgment application, sound business understanding and analytical perspective. The domain experience in the areas of Financial Research & Analysis, Quantitative Modeling, Risk Management and Prospecting Support provide solutions for revenue enhancement, risk mitigation and cost optimization. The division comprising of highly qualified associates operates from three locations i.e. Mumbai, GIFT City, Gurugram, Chennai and Hyderabad. Job Description: The Data Science for Technology, Risk and Operations (DSTRO) team performs four key functions within the AI Model Development & Evaluation (AIMDE) space: AI Model Risk Assessment (AI MRA) Reviewing AI/ML models to identify and assess risks across areas such as model governance, privacy, compliance, algorithmic bias and fairness, explainability, adversarial vulnerabilities, data management, and regulatory requirements. AI Intracycle Monitoring Conducting periodic monitoring and assessment of AI models to ensure continued compliance with risk and governance standards. AI Document Review Performing detailed reviews of AI model documentation, ensuring completeness, quality, and alignment with Model Risk Management (MRM) requirements. Model Development Supporting development activities for GIS and other Global Risk Analytics (GRA) models, although this constitutes a smaller portion of the role. The primary focus of this position is on document reviews, AI risk identification, stakeholder engagement, and governance-related activities rather than hands-on model development. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing AI risk documentation, identifying AI-related risks across domains such as compliance, privacy, fairness, security, explainability, and adversarial threats, and providing constructive feedback to model development teams. In addition, the candidate will perform end-to-end reviews of Model Development Documents (MDDs), Ongoing Monitoring Reports (OMRs), and other governance artifacts to ensure they meet quality standards and are fit for submission to Model Risk Management (MRM).
