Working Flexibly Hybrid Working Structured hybrid role: Introduction Work collaboratively with others across BIA, while developing strong client relationships which are independent and be seen as a respected voice. Develop practical and creative ways of improving audit delivery through the use of data analytics. What will you be doing - Act as the data analytics contact for a portfolio of audit teams, supporting with day-to-day data analytics. - Self-manage workload. - Develop an understanding and awareness of audit within Barclays, including BIAs audit methodology. - Facilitate and enhance training programs to improve Data Analytics competency across the department. - Assist with data sourcing, cleaning, and preparation for audit delivery teams. - Provide coaching to a small number of audit staff identified as Data Analytics Specialists, on how to develop and execute basic Data Analytics using SQL and Python. - Provide support to other members of the Data Analytics team, including delegation of appropriate work and quality review.
