. To be successful as a BPM Developer,you should have experience with: . Hands-on software development experience Client Lifecycle domain knowledge (client Onboarding,maintenance and off-boarding) business analysis and / or technical knowledge preferred. Experience and thorough understanding of business process management (BPM) systems like (IBM BPM v857 and BAW).
