MI Reporting

Role Overview: As the MI Reporting & Visualization role at Barclays, your main purpose is to support the bank's decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information. This involves designing, developing, and maintaining management reports, compelling visualizations, and dashboards to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), data insights, and trends across various business units. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using best practices in data visualization principles and design aesthetics to ensure clarity, accuracy, and accessibility. - Develop and implement automated report generation processes and visualization methodologies for improved efficiency and timeliness. - Identify and analyze business requirements to define report content and format. - Maintain and update existing reports and dashboards to reflect changing business needs, including coordinating reporting template releases and related administrative tasks. - Develop robust processes and controls for collating input data, performing exploratory data analysis and data cleansing, and seeking signoffs as required. - Engage with stakeholders as needed to ensure up-to-date data is incorporated into reporting and visualizations. - Own the design, production, and enhancement of MI to deliver clear, actionable insights for decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Python and SQL. - Experience in visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Experience in MS Office applications (MS Excel, VBA, MS PowerPoint). - Experience with copilot and copilot agents.
