Non Functional Testing (NFT) Engineer

As a Non Functional Testing Engineer at Barclays, you will be responsible for performance testing and quality assurance within the fintech division. Your role will involve managing test strategies, executing load tests, and performing root cause analysis on performance issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of software reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding of Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and deriving Non-Functional Testing (NFT) scenarios - Identification of performance issues and conducting root cause analysis - Strong experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner and JMeter - Experience with LoadRunner Enterprise 2022 (LRE2022) tools - Designing and developing test strategy and test plan - Proficiency in Kafka, Microservices, OpenShift, JSON, and API testing Qualifications Required: - Strong technical experience with LoadRunner or JMeter - Experience with LoadRunner Enterprise 2022 (LRE2022) tools - Knowledge of Kafka, Microservices, OpenShift, JSON, and API testing Please note: Barclays is a major global financial institution with a significant engineering presence in India.
