About the role
PURPOSE OF THE ROLETo extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, developing robust decision models, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the departments. ACCOUNTABILITIESIdentification and extraction of relevant data from various internal and external sources. Performing sensitivity analysis and scenario planning. Monitoring and evaluation of the performance of existing models. Development and implementation of data quality control procedures. Building and validation of quantitative models to support decisionmaking across different business areas. PORTFOLIO ANALYTICS RESPONSIBILITIESThe Portfolio Analytics team plays a pivotal role in driving datadriven decisionmaking across the credit card portfolio by performing competitive analysis and benchmarking to uncover market trends, identify growth opportunities and performance gaps, and inform product strategy. Insights will shape evidencebased recommendations that enhance product propositions and portfolio strategy to drive business impact, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to influence and shape overall portfolio strategy. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSExperience with strong analytical capabilities to develop datadriven insights, formulate recommendations, and create executivelevel presentations. Advanced proficiency in analytical and visualization tools, including Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, critical thinking and problemsolving, focusing on driving meaningful business outcomes and supporting strategic decisionmaking. Prior experience in strategy, business analytics, financial modelling, or other quantitative analysis roles.Ability to apply analytical rigor and business judgment to solve complex problems and support strategic decisionmaking.Knowledge of key competencies critical to success: risk management and controls, change and transformation initiatives, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology capabilities.Strong technical aptitude and the ability to leverage data, analytics and emerging technologies to drive business outcomes.LOCATIONThis role is based in our Gurugram office.
