Purpose of the RoleTo design, develop, and improve software using various engineering methodologies that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. AccountabilitiesDevelop and deliver highquality software solutions using industryaligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.Collaborate crossfunctionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and align solutions with business objectives.Engage in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.Stay informed of industry trends and contribute to technology communities.Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.Implement effective unit testing practices for proper code design and reliability.Assistant Vice President ExpectationsTo advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. Build and manage robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure to ensure seamless delivery of digital solutions. Technical Skills RequiredStrong proficiency in UiPath, including platform, orchestrator, asset management, and performance management.Deep understanding of process automation, RPA architecture, and design patterns.Experience with largescale automations, REST APIs, SOAP services, and web services integration.Knowledge of version control, release management, automation performance monitoring, incident handling, and root cause analysis.Understanding of infrastructure components such as virtual machines, credential vaults, and active directory.Optional skills: Blue Prism, inhouse automation tools, machine learning, OCR, and AI.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead midsize technical teams and mentor junior developers.Exposure to service management is a plus.EducationBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering is required.
