Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your expertise in IBM Z-Series Mainframe, COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM to develop and maintain software solutions. - Demonstrating knowledge and experience in ZOS Connect API development. - Having a good understanding of debugging and performance tools. - Proactively exploring new technology improvements, automation, and DevOps practices. - Exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Additionally, highly valued skills may include proficiency in Mainframe Hogan and Mainframe DevOps, as well as holding domain/technical certifications. A consistent focus on internal customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment is also essential. In this role, you will be based in Pune and will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing software solutions to meet business, platform, and technology needs. Your key accountabilities will involve: - Developing and delivering high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. - Collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Participating in code reviews, promoting a culture of code quality, and knowledge sharing. - Staying up-to-date with industry technology trends, contributing to technology communities, and adhering to secure coding practices. - Implementing effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability. As an Analyst, you will have an impact on related teams, partner with other functions, and take responsibility for operational processing.
