As a Senior Development Engineer - Python Automation at Barco Control Rooms in Barco NOIDA, you will be a part of the BCR Software Development group at Barco, focusing on delivering successful software solutions that satisfy customers in dynamic markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with product owners and scrum team members to define the system automation framework and improvements. - Designing and developing a robust automation framework, gaining a deep understanding of the Barco control room product. - Continuously learning and promoting best practices in system automation. - Actively participating in validation activities with the QA team, working with cross-functional teams across multiple groups and geographies. - Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely product releases. To qualify for this role, you should have the following qualifications: - B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in automation testing of enterprise software products using Python and various frameworks. - Strong proficiency in Python programming. - Experience in designing automation framework architecture. - Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, PyTest, and JMeter. - Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, version control systems like Git, container-based application deployment, Docker, and DevOps practices. - Self-motivated, a team player, result-oriented, a critical thinker, and a problem solver. - Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Experience with Agile software development using SCRUM is preferred.
