Head of Service Management

As the Head of Integration Services at Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital), you will play a crucial role in leading the digital revolution within the chocolate industry. Your primary responsibility will be to establish an end-to-end connected value chain by developing scalable, reliable, and secure integration solutions. You will report directly to the VP Application Management and have the unique opportunity to shape the company's digital future through best-in-class application integration practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Integration Services team, overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of middleware solutions to enable seamless communication and data exchange across various systems and applications at Barry Callebaut. - Develop and implement an architecture blueprint for integration that aligns with the overall digital strategy of the company. - Collaborate with business and application teams to design integration architectures that support business processes and objectives effectively. - Establish integration standards, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulations and data security standards. - Prioritize integration initiatives based on business value and drive the implementation of new solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Masters/ Graduate degree in IT/technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field. - Significant experience in leading integration teams, with a strong track record of managing and delivering complex integration projects. - Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in managing multi-cultural, dispersed teams in senior positions. - Deep understanding of integration middleware and job scheduling technologies, specifically in SAP PO and SAP PI/PO architecture. - Proficiency in creating internal and external partnerships/networks across the organization. - Passion for technology and innovation, with a focus on seeking new solutions to enhance processes and user experiences. - Proficient in agile methodologies and flexible thinking to adapt to changing digital trends and business needs. - Excellent communication skills to articulate complex strategies clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
