IoT Platform Engineer - Java

Role : IoT Platform Engineer Location : Hyderabad, Telangana Employment Type : Full Time Job Overview : We are looking for a Full-Time IoT Platform Engineer with at least 14+ years of experience for the position of IoT Platform Engineer for our engineering team working on our enterprise-grade IoT connectivity platform. This is a hands-on development position implementing solutions across our IoT data ingestion platform and REST API services. Our platform processes telemetry data from construction and industrial equipment fleets, managing real-time data ingestion, processing, and analytics at scale. This is a production-grade system with sophisticated requirements around reliability, scalability, security, and real-time processing. CLIENT UPDATED MANDATORY SCREENING CRITERIA (MUST HAVE) : - Experience level : 9+ years - Java 17+ - Hands-on experience with IoT platforms, real-time data systems, or telemetry processing - AWS Services including AWS IoT Core, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, ECS/Fargate - Data Engineering & Analytics : Snowflake OR Liquibase OR Apache Spark (PySpark) - Spring Boot 3.x, Python, PySpark, REST APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, MQTT, Docker, SQL, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Agile Scrum, Technical Leadership - Total IT experience should be 9 years or more. - Java 17+ Hands-on experience with Java 17 or later (Java 17/21 preferred). Not just Java 8 or 11. - IoT Platform : Experience working on IoT platforms, IoT devices, telemetry, sensor data, MQTT, edge devices, real-time IoT systems, etc. - AWS Services including AWS IoT : AWS IoT Core, Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, API Gateway, etc. AWS IoT is mandatory. - Candidate should have experience in at least one of these : Snowflake OR Liquibase OR Apache Spark (PySpark). .
