As a Senior Software Architect at Luxoft, you will be involved in the ADAS Domain Controller project for a prestigious OEM, where Luxoft collaborates with OEM teams to deliver a next-generation Platform solution based on AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive, and QNX. Your role will include collaborating on Signal and Service Management, Diagnostics, SW Update, Vehicle Config, QNX/Middleware, and Software Architecture areas directly with the OEM. Your responsibilities will include: - Having expertise in QNX, AUTOSAR topics, and CCPLEX Architecture knowledge - Profiling and tuning of QNX experience - Supporting in migration/integration of Autosar Adaptive Stack by integrating software components and modules within an AUTOSAR architecture following the AUTOSAR standard and guidelines - Configuring and adapting software modules to meet system requirements - Collaborating with software developers, system engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration of OS with middleware components aligns with system requirements - Participating in design reviews and providing technical input - Developing and executing integration test cases to verify functionality and compatibility of integrated OS - Identifying and troubleshooting integration issues and working with development teams to resolve them - Working with QNX Momentics IDE tools to customize the OS for custom ECU HW - Ensuring correct usage and configuration of tools for efficient integration and validation - Creating and maintaining documentation related to software integration, including integration plans, test plans, and integration reports - Documenting issues, resolutions, and lessons learned for future reference Qualifications required: - Engineering degree in Computer, Electronics, or equivalent with 8 to 10 years of experience - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product or SW development - Minimum 5+ years of QNX and POSIX integration experience with usage of YOCTO build system - Excellent problem-solving skills - Expertise in software branching and merging strategies - 3+ years of experience in system profiling on boot-up sequence and resource usage - 3+ years of experience in Autosar Adaptive, resource profiling, and optimizations Nice to have skills: - Interest and experience in ADAS topics - Open multi-brand and multi-cultural mindset - Good communication skills - Ability to drive for results, take own initiatives, and drive certain actions on your own leadership and empowerment - Excellent prioritization skills and ability to eliminate roadblocks - Business and customer-oriented mindset - Inspiring leadership and ability to manage co-workers effectively - Leadership characterized by managerial courage, a high level of integrity, & trust Join Luxoft to contribute your expertise in software/system architecture and play a key role in developing cutting-edge solutions for the automotive industry.
