About the role
As a Senior Technical Lead in the IT-Software industry, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, and related technologies. Your responsibilities will include defining application architecture design patterns, collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery, driving code reviews and technical standards, resolving complex technical problems, mentoring developers, and ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, and related technologies - Define application architecture design patterns and best practices aligned with business and technology goals - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and DevOps engineers to ensure smooth delivery from design to deployment - Apply cloud-native principles and technologies such as Azure or AWS for building modern distributed systems - Drive code reviews, technical standards, and CI/CD processes - Mentor developers to foster a culture of quality, security, and innovation - Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards across all development stages Qualifications Required: - 8 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role - Strong hands-on knowledge of C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework Core - Proven experience in architecting and implementing enterprise-grade solutions - Solid understanding of design patterns such as MVC, Repository, CQRS, Dependency Injection, etc. - Experience with DevOps pipelines, containerization, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins - Working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS - Strong understanding of application security principles and OWASP guidelines - Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and message-based systems is an advantage Preferred Qualifications: - Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent certification - Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Blazor is a plus - Background in Agile Scrum and experience working in distributed teams Please note that the salary offered for this position is up to 25 LPA.
