Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end delivery of product features (frontend, backend, integration) from discovery through production support. - Lead solution design and architecture ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security. - Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage trade-offs with stakeholders. - Set and uphold engineering standards such as code reviews, automated testing, and secure coding practices. - Leverage AI-assisted engineering responsibly to improve delivery and quality. - Design and improve CI/CD pipelines, drive infrastructure-as-code, and ensure production readiness. - Drive modernization of legacy components and manage technical debt. - Mentor engineers, contribute to hiring, onboarding, and knowledge sharing. - Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with internal security and quality policies. Qualifications Required: - Advanced knowledge in Angular, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot. - Experience in cloud-native application development and practical AI understanding. - Proven technical leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Additional skills in Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, working with distributed teams, infrastructure-as-code, and AI-enabled application patterns.
