About the roleThe Product Manager for Procurement Solutions will own a digital product within BASF's Global Digital Services. Reporting to the procurement function, the role drives the products vision, strategy and roadmap to deliver sustainable business value and support BASFs digital transformation.Key responsibilitiesOwn product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with Global Digital Services and procurement objectives.Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through build, run, optimisation and retirement.Prioritise features and releases based on value, risk, cost, quality, compliance and sustainability considerations.Maintain transparency on product status, roadmap, risks and decisions within GD governance.Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT, collaborating with architects, security, compliance, finance, procurement and platform teams.Lead and develop the product team, fostering accountability, collaboration and high performance.Translate product strategy into clear objectives and measurable outcomes.Drive continuous improvement using business feedback and performance metrics.Required profileProven experience in digital product management, preferably in procurement or supplychain contexts.Strong ability to align product strategy with broader business and digital transformation goals.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.Leadership experience in building and developing highperforming product teams.Commitment to talent development, coaching and succession planning.Required skills About the roleThe Product Manager for Procurement Solutions will own a digital product within BASF's Global Digital Services.
