Provide Level-1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners & peripheral devicesInstall, configure & troubleshoot Windows operating systems & software applicationsDiagnose & resolve hardware issues related to PCs, laptops, RAM, HDD/SSD etcRequired Candidate profileTroubleshoot basic LAN/WAN connectivity issues.Configure & support printers, IP phones & Wi-Fi devices.Maintain IT asset inventory & update records.Perform system setup, asset tagging for new users.
