About the role
Lead internal software development team Carry out periodic appraisals of software development team Lead product and services development improvements Maintain, implement and oversee project plans for software development Liaise with the Chief Technical Officer on all issues relating to the Division Support CTO and others on QA matters Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices Integrate data from various back-end services and databases Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs Create and maintain software documentation/ technical documentation Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications Write effective APIs Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software Create security and data protection settings Qualification: Graduate Level Qualification in Software Engineering Experience : 8 plus years of experience
