Products, Cloud Engineering and Operations business function is responsible for ensuring that Basware continues to provide its customers with industry leading SaaS solutions to simplify operations and spend smarter. This global function creates and executes the product strategy, new product innovations, roadmap, design, product development and product launches for Baswares global product portfolio. Together with other Basware units, Products, Cloud Engineering and Operations ensures that our customers can successfully meet their business objectives through cooperating with Basware and using our product and service portfolio.Associate Cloud Operation Engineer First Point of Contact for managing the SaaS AWS hosted services.Day to Day Monitoring for complete Production SystemsProactive & ReactiveCoordinate with cross functional teams and resolve complex application and server issues.Should have Flexibility for working in 247 shifts modelMonitoring using the global tools or tools specific to each system, the Associate Cloud operation Engineer is responsible to monitor and to ensure the proper functionality of the systems with proactive monitoring of customer invoice flows and SaaS services.Manage production systems/servers and recommend ways to optimize performance.
