Role Overview: At Bayer, you will be providing data-driven insights on patterns, trends, outliers, and process performance in stability and operational data to support issue detection and ensure high quality of data in ongoing operational activities. You will collaborate with ITSM process teams, application team, and business to conduct cross-functional insight and recommendations. Additionally, you will contribute to the definition and development of new quality, performance, and risk indicators for issue detection, stability, operations, and risk-based quality management. Key Responsibilities: - Provide data-driven insights on patterns, trends, outliers, and process performance in operational data to support issue detection and ensure proactive and preventive initiatives to avoid major incidents - Contribute to the definition and development of new quality, performance, and risk indicators and data analytics methods and solutions for early detection of operational stability and signals - Support process improvements and development of efficient procedures for Central Data Review and other cross-functional data quality related initiatives - Identify required KPIs and metrics to measure & monitor process effectiveness and efficiency - Leverage defined KPIs and metrics to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the process and initiate continual service improvement plans - Act as the accountable contact for the Event Management process and conduct periodic continual improvement discussions - Analyze data to identify and correct code problems, interpret patterns and trends, and prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business, or related field - 8-12 years of experience in IT or business-related role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of ITSM Platforms such as HP Service Manager, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc. - Knowledge of ITIL best practices - Broad technology and application support/architecture experience - Experience in ServiceNow development and data visualization tools like PowerBI - Experience in operational or data analysis roles - Good understanding and experience in data analysis, data exploration, data visualization, and KPI, KRI, KQI concepts in the context of operational stability Note: Bayer does not charge any fees for the recruitment process.
