Full Stack Engineer- Cloud

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will collaborate with the CTO and co-founders to design, develop, and scale our cutting-edge RAG Enablement platform. Key Responsibilities Design and implement core components of Stratives RAG Enablement platform, including semantic search techniques, hybrid query strategies, and optimized retrieval systems Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using cloud-native technologies and best practices Collaborate with the founding team to define technical roadmaps and make critical architectural decisions Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient processing of large-scale enterprise knowledge bases Implement robust security and compliance features to meet the stringent requirements of regulated industries Work directly with early customers and design partners to gather feedback and rapidly iterate on product features Contribute to the development of Stratives intellectual property and help shape our technology strategy Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in building complex, distributed systems Expertise in Python as the primary programming language Deep understanding of data engineering, data pipelines, and distributed compute systems Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Track record of building scalable, production-grade systems from the ground up Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with Generative AI technologies, ideally with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Knowledge of vector databases (VDBs) and graph databases Familiarity with search technologies, semantic search, and information retrieval systems Knowledge of enterprise data integration and security protocols Experience working in or building solutions for regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) Contributions to open-source projects or relevant technical publications Familiarity with modern web frameworks and front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js) What We Offer Competitive compensation package with a large equity component Significant equity stake based on performance milestones Opportunity to shape the technical direction of a rapidly growing AI startup Close collaboration with experienced founders and industry veterans, including direct mentorship from our CTO Exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and enterprise use cases Flexible work environment and the latest tools and resources to support your success
