Senior Director - People & Culture Data, Analytics and Integrations

As a Senior Director, People & Culture Data, Analytics & Integrations at BCD Travel, you will be a modern, strategic leader responsible for the full data, reporting, integration, and workflow ecosystem across People & Culture. You will own the end-to-end SuccessFactors platform, all inbound/outbound integrations, and enterprise workforce analytics delivered through Microsoft platform & Power BI. You will be the leading voice on AI within P&C, advising leadership on opportunities to drive efficiency, insight, and employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Managing a team of analysts - Success Factors Platform Ownership, Integrations, Data Architecture, and Case Management - Analytics, Reporting & Insights - AI Strategy & Advisory (People & Culture) - Workflow, Data Connections & Process Optimization - Data Analysis & Integrity - Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement, Team Management & Development Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, HR Technology or related field (or equivalent experience) - Extensive experience in HR technology, data, analytics, or enterprise systems leadership - Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors (multiple modules preferred) - Strong expertise in data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL) - Proven experience managing enterprise integrations (APIs, middleware) - Demonstrated experience driving AI initiatives or advanced analytics About BCD Travel: BCD Travel helps companies travel smart and achieve more by driving program adoption, cost savings, and talent retention through digital experiences that simplify business travel.
