CCAAS CI/CD Automation Lead

Designs end-to-end application to solve problems at the organization level involving multiple teams and stakeholders. Leads cloud infrastructure automation, orchestration and configuration management as-code. Proactively monitors alerts. Implements security automation practices to enforce compliance, monitor security related events, and automate responses to security threats. Leads operations team to troubleshoot complex issues related to cloud infrastructure. automation systems. Maintains comprehensive documentation of automated processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Stays up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and cloud service provider updates to improve cloud automation solutions continually. Starts to influence vendor and open-source project to fit needs not addressed yet by current technologies. Requirements Qualification: Bachelor\degree in engineering.
