We are looking for an Intermediate SoftwareDeveloper to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development ofhigh-performance applications Requirements As a Technical Product Owner, you will bridge the gapbetween engineering and business teams to deliver innovative softwaresolutions. With a keen understanding of both technical requirements and marketneeds, I prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that developmentefforts align with strategic goals. My role involves collaborating withstakeholders, defining clear product vision, and making data-driven decisionsto drive product success. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with system architects totranslate high-level design specifications into detailed technical requirementsfor development teams. Lead and mentor junior development teams in the implementation ofcomplex system integrations, providing technical guidance and support. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on thetechnical aspects of the product. Ensure that the technical solutions alignwith the product goals. Be the main point of contact for stakeholders,ensuring that technical requirements and priorities are communicated clearly.Regularly update stakeholders on technical progress, risks and dependencies,and delivery timelines. Participate in sprint planning, backloggrooming, and technical reviews, define acceptance criteria, ensuringdevelopment teams have clear priorities and well-defined stories. Understanding of industry best practices for systemintegration, security, and performance optimization. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the field ofsystem integration to ensure continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate with external teams to define and refineinterface requirements, data mapping strategies, and security protocols. Identify opportunities to improve productfeatures, technical processes, and overall team efficiency. Ensure bestpractices in product management, technical delivery, and quality assurance. Follow best engineering practices, includingCI/CD pipelines, test automation, and could-native development Skills: Minimum 5 + yrs of experience in software development Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a TechnicalProduct Owner, or in a similar role with a strong technical background. Bachelor\degree in computer science, SoftwareEngineering, or related field with a strong academic record Priorexperience as a Developer, Architect, or Technical Team Lead Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Node,Python, C++, or Go, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programmingprinciples. Experience with various integration technologies such as RESTfulAPIs, message queues, and event-driven architectures. Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and designpatterns to optimize system performance and scalability. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills andtechnical expertise. Excellent verbal and written communicationskills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts. Ability to analyze and solve complex technicalchallenges while keeping the overall product vision and user needs in mind. Strong interpersonal skills, with experienceworking in cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of software architecture,APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with identity (OAuth, OIDC, JWT) Experience working with agile/scrum developmentteams and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and version control systems likeGit. Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CDpipelines, and security best practices. Strong experience in cloud-native applicationdevelopment, and containerization (Docker/ Kubernetes). Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
