Job Title: MIS Developer (Power BI + Excel) Company: BCforward Location: Hyderbad Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2 - 5 years About BCforward: BCforward is a leading global IT consulting and workforce solutions company, delivering innovative services to empower businesses with technology and talent. We are seeking an MIS Developer with expertise in Power BI and Excel to help drive data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. - Automate recurring MIS reports using Excel (advanced formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc.). - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver accurate, actionable insights. - Build and optimize data models for efficient report performance. - Write and optimize DAX queries and measures within Power BI. - Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy. - Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support to business teams. - Work with data from multiple sources, with SQL knowledge considered a strong plus. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as an MIS Developer or similar role. - Expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query). - Advanced Excel skills (macros, VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas). - Robust data analysis, visualization, and problem-solving abilities. - Basic to intermediate SQL skills (preferred). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
