About the role
Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Configuration & Development Design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions across Compliance & Risk domains.Perform hands-on ServiceNow IRM configuration, including workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB management.Develop and integrate APIs using JavaScript and RESTful services.Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment.Collaboration & Mentorship Work closely with Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment.Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members.Continuous Improvement & Innovation Recommend improvements to existing ServiceNow solutions and optimize performance.Stay updated with emerging technologies, including ML/Generative AI, to enhance ServiceNow capabilities.Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM.8+ years of overall development experience.Proficiency in JavaScript, RESTful APIs, XML, AngularJS.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.BS/MS in Computer Science or related discipline.Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.Experience with GCP, Agile/SAFe frameworks.Exposure to ML/Generative AI (desirable). .
