VNOC - VC CS Analyst

Contract To Hire(C2H) Role 1. Assists team members tinvestigate and resolve incidents by escalating and/or collaborating with national and global teams. Problems are limited in scope. 2. Responsible for C-Suite support for collaborative experiences, therefore this position will be privy tsensitive content, sstrict adherence tthe Privacy and Confidentiality Policies are must. 3. Manages requests tensure that the appropriate resources are allocated tsupport collaborative experiences. 4. Responsible for proactively communicating problems tall levels. 5. Responsible for contributing and developing documents on training and processes. 6. Team member must be able twork independently with external clients. 7. Schedule and test site profiles ttest VideConference equipment with external client networks and software for compatibility with Deloittes VNOC. 8. Works directly with vendors as needed for timely problem resolution for issues that are limited tmoderate in scope. 9. Follows standard protocols trespond tcustomers emails, IMs or phone. Escalates tsenior-level team members when necessary. 10. Responsible for answering queries and providing basic level of Zoom support tDeloittes practitioners tdeliver a consistent, world-class user experience. 11. Receives general instructions on routine work and more detailed instructions on any special requests. 12. This position will have on-call and night shift responsibilities as dictated by the business needs. 13. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
