About the role
Role Overview: You will be part of the Business Intelligence and Analytics Services Hub, a centralized global financial reporting and analytics service team. This team plays a crucial role in providing insights and analysis supported by accurate financial information to guide decision-making processes within the Global Finance organization. Your responsibilities will include managing reporting and analytics needs using relevant data tools and dashboards for BCG. Additionally, you will work closely with business areas to bring insights through data analysis and visualization, contributing to finding solutions to complex problems. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and deliver on reporting and analytics needs - Work as a business partner with a focus on data analysis and visualization - Develop expertise in topic domains to solve complex problems - Interact with stakeholders across different time zones - Create and maintain complex excel models - Utilize data visualization and analytics tools such as advanced excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI - Solve problems creatively by bringing insights and structuring hypotheses - Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills - Contribute positively to a collaborative work environment - Prioritize and manage multiple work streams effectively - Drive projects to scheduled conclusion Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field - 4-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a global environment - Experience in commercial real estate transactions is a plus - Ability to synthesize data into actionable results; experience with advanced analytics is a plus - Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Strong understanding of real estate business and related terminologies - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills - Strong work management, organization, and planning skills - Familiarity or willingness to work on Agile methodology is a plus Role Overview: You will be part of the Business Intelligence and Analytics Services Hub, a centralized global financial reporting and analytics service team.
