Qa Automation Testing Engineer

1+ Years of Experience. Hyderabad Based Candidates Preferred. Immediate Joiners or 1 week notice serving candidates preferred. Key Responsibilities 1. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting (50%) Analyze, identify, and troubleshoot application defects and testing issues. Investigate root causes of failures and collaborate with development teams to resolve them. Design effective test strategies for complex business scenarios. Debug automation scripts and improve test stability and reliability. Participate in defect triage meetings and provide quality recommendations. 2. Automation Framework Development & Scripting (30%) Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable automation frameworks. Write reusable, maintainable, and efficient automation scripts. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines. Contribute to framework architecture improvements and automation best practices. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to automation standards. 3. Mobile & Web Automation Testing (20%) Design and execute automated test cases for web and mobile applications. Validate functionality, usability, and performance across multiple devices and browsers. Maintain regression and smoke test suites. Support release validation and production readiness testing. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering or Test Automation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Experience developing automation frameworks from scratch or enhancing existing frameworks. Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar. Hands-on experience with web automation tools such as: Selenium Playwright Cypress Experience with mobile automation tools such as: Appium Understanding of test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies. Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD tools. Preferred Skills Experience with API testing and automation. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms. Experience with test reporting and monitoring tools.
