Assistant Manager, Enterprise Business Applications

As a Ceridian Dayforce Implementation Consultant, you will have the following responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions including Talent & Benefits Intelligence, Workforce Management (WFM) HR, Advanced HR Analytics, or Payroll. - Lead all phases of the Dayforce implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live, and Post Go-Live. - Conduct requirement analysis and process reviews to understand client requirements, document, and validate client functional requirements, mapping to Dayforce functionality, and customize the Dayforce solution accordingly. - Configure the Dayforce system to meet client needs, including setup of payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and other HR modules. - Provide internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution to Green. - Implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce features, updates, and best practices. - Train client staff for them to capably perform day-to-day activities. - Manage multiple client/project engagements simultaneously. - Identify best practices/lessons learned & document/share internally & with Ceridian. - Complete new release training as needed & be our expert on Ceridian Dayforce. - Perform any other duties as required. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.Tech/ MCA/ MBA IT from an accredited university. - Experience: Six (6) or more years of industry experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, Five (5) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience, Four (4) or more years of Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience. Experience with common Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices. Prior work experience working with US-based clients. Client-facing consulting experience. - License(s)/Certification(s): Ceridian Dayforce certification preferred. - Software: Experience with one or more of the following Ceridian Dayforce solutions. - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Business process mapping experience. Experience leading and facilitating client workshops and sessions. Experience engaging with clients on multiple implementations at the same time. Experience with Change Management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills. Business process analysis, design, and process flow skills. Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment.
