Java developer

You will be joining BDO India Services Private Limited, a leading service provider for mid-markets, as a Java Developer. BDO India offers strategic, operational, accounting, tax, and regulatory advisory services to domestic and international organizations. With a team of over 10,000 professionals operating across 14 cities, BDO India is poised for significant growth in the coming years. Responsibilities: - Develop SAAS applications based on multi-tenancy. - Design and develop enterprise applications using J2EE frameworks like Spring and Hibernate. - Create Microservices systems using Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA, and Microservices. - Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends. - Design and develop RESTful API services. - Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality. - Support and implement complex integration projects. - Design and write procedures for Postgres database. - Experience with Azure or similar Cloud components. - Work in an agile environment and mentor junior team members. - Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Understand business requirements and create appropriate plans. - Knowledge of JWT, Tomcat, Maven, SQL Server is an added advantage. - Develop processes for optimizing database security. - Install, upgrade, and manage database applications. - Troubleshoot database errors and recommend emerging database technologies. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc. - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to deliver high-quality applications in a fast-paced environment. - Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. - Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
