RPA Developer Power Automate

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain automation workflows for desktop, web, and enterprise applications using Power Automate and UiPath.Configure, upgrade, and maintain RPA environments, including staging and production deployments.Collaborate with business teams to document process details and translate them into automation solutions.Test, debug, and optimize bots to ensure reliability and performance.Prepare and maintain Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and bot maintenance documentation in line with CoE standards.Create reusable workflows and components to improve efficiency and maintainability.Monitor and support bots in production, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Stay updated on RPA trends, AI integrations, and new product features, applying them to ongoing projects.Requirements:35 years of hands-on experience in RPA development with Power Automate and UiPath.Strong knowledge of automating processes across Web portals, Excel, PDF, Mainframe, and Citrix (attended and unattended).Experience with UiPath Orchestrator (scheduling, monitoring, deployment) or on Power Automate Cloud.Proficiency in C#.Net or VB/VBA with SQL Database; PowerShell knowledge is a plus.Familiarity with AI Center, Document Understanding, and integration services.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues independently with minimal supervision.Strong understanding of automation architecture, scalability, and maintainability principles.Awareness of other low-code/no-code automation platforms is desirable.
