The ideal candidate should have strong SAP Finance accounting experience, good integration knowledge with other SAP modules, and hands-on experience in Incident, Request and Change management. Candidate must be ready to work from client location on weekdays and weekends for critical P1s whenever required. Handle SAP Finance accounting support and consulting activities Work on SAP FI CO integration with other SAP modules Manage Incident, Request and Change management activities Track KPIs, SLAs, scheduling and support delivery timelines Prepare RCA documentation for critical issues and recurring incidents Prepare management presentation and required project/support documentation Coordinate with Vendor & CFT Cross Functional Team Work with internal IS members, BU leads and users for issue resolution Support recent project initiation and requirement gathering activities Manage risk management activities with necessary escalations Support critical P1 issues during weekdays/weekends as required Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and business users 8 10 years of SAP FI CO experience SAP Finance accounting experience Strong experience in integrations with other modules Specialization in integrations Incident, Request and Change management Experience in KPIs, SLAs and Scheduling Specialization in documentation RCA, management presentation etc. Vendor & CFT management Experience working with internal IS members, BU leads and users Experience in issue resolution, new project ini .
