Role The Senior Implementation Infrastructure Engineer leads infrastructure readiness, environment setup, security alignment, and operational preparedness for customer implementations. This role ensures customer environments meet platform, security, and compliance requirements for successful deployment and golive. Key Responsibilities Lead infrastructure readiness and environment assessments across multiple implementations Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer infrastructure, networking, security, and operations Validate customer environments against platform requirements (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) Define infrastructure standards, onboarding processes, and governance practices Coordinate connectivity setup (APIs, DNS, SSL, VPNs, identity integration) Ensure security compliance (SSO, IAM, encryption, access controls, audit logging) Support deployment readiness for workflows, integrations, APIs, and platform components Identify and mitigate infrastructure, security, and operational risks Lead golive activities, production readiness reviews, and hypercare support Troubleshoot complex environment and connectivity issues Create documentation: readiness reports, runbooks, and deployment guides Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Architecture, DevOps, Security, Product, Support) Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field 6-10 years in Infrastructure Engineering / Implementation / Solution Delivery Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, and environment management Experience with customerfacing implementations and infrastructure assessments Good understanding of: Networking (VPN, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, SSL/TLS) IAM, SSO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML APIs, JSON, integration architectures Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or similar) Experience supporting SaaS platforms and production golives Strong stakeholder communication and problemsolving skills Exposure to P&C Insurance domain Preferred Skills Kubernetes and containerization CI/CD and DevOps practices Compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA) Monitoring and observability tools Experience with AIdriven automation or workflow platforms .
